Looking for a therapist? Sometimes we get to a point in our lives where we just don't want to keep on doing the same things over and over again. We may feel frustrated that we are continually choosing friends and partners and activities that we know are unhealthy for us, but we don't know why, and we don't know how to change.

That's where I can help. I work with individuals and couples to help them discover why they do the things they do. It may be that we have learned how to meet others needs at the expense of our own. Often we learn how to be what others want us to be, but we loose touch with what makes us happy. I help clients learn how to navigate the road to living happy, confident and healthy lives.
