Contractor Systems & Documentation Pty Limited was established in 2000 to coincide with the introduction of new Government requirements for prequalification & tender conformance. Many contractors, especially small & medium sized companies, find tender conformance imposts complicated & expensive. The Contractor Systems solution is to provide a systems (gap analysis) approach, to marry these conformance requirements with the company's existing methods.

In the first instance, complete your Company Details by typing in the box provided. Then if you wish to add your company logo (must be in Microsoft format e.g. .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp), triple click the default logo, delete, then copy & 'paste' your logo into the same spot. The logo will automatically appear on subsequent pages. If you don't have a logo, create a logo box in Microsoft paint, use word art or standard text to type your Company name, save it as a .jpeg file, then copy paste as above.

First Party Certification: This is where the Company issues a document to the Client stating that they have specified systems in place 'that meet the XXX standard'. Second Party Certification: Where evidence of the system, procedures & actual site documentation is presented to the Client for audit. The Client will issue a Certificate/letter stating that the system meets XXX standard. Third Party Certification: This is where the Company submits its procedures and actual completed site documentation to an external auditor.
