The objective of the position is to supervise and motivate branch staff and provide prompt, courteous and leading service to clients.

The objective of the position is to provide clients with a range of services and products to meet their financial needs. In addition to processing counter transactions, the Branch Teller responds to telephone inquiries, opens new accounts, identifies needs, recommends suitable products, and resolves client problems.

To provide the highest level of customer service CCE has introduced methods to ensure we meet our due diligence requirements without disrupting the level of service we provide to our clients. Our Compliance Program addresses the requirements of Canada’s legislation, including the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA).
