First place winner, Sonia Lalumière and Mr. Jonathan Christmas are the big winners this year of the competition of the Union of producers of eggsof Quebec (INCOBEC). In fact, they won the quota to produce annually 900,000 certified incubation eggs, which is equivalent to the annual production of 6000 chickens and 600 roosters. In 2009, Consumaj had also participated in the success of the beneficiaries of the first loan of quota to life: Valérie Jutras and Roger Naegeli, Sainte-Brigitte-des-Saults (see photo).
