Description

We are only interested in protecting the best interest of our customers. Buying a condominium (Apartment, Townhouse or multifamily) is a major decision involving a large capital investment and commitment. We fully understand the stress and pressure at times like this buyers/sellers go through.

The nature of the bylaws can differ from complex to complex. By-Laws are created to achieve certain objective for that complex. These objectives may not be in the best interest of what you (realtor/ buyer) may have in mind as your potential future home/lifestyle. What does the operating budget (proposed budget) looks like on paper? What has been the experience of the developer in the market place? Realtors have to protect their customers and themselves at the same time in accordance with the law of agency.

As a reputable developer or aspiring to be one, you are expected to deal fairly with the member of the public. Developers and builders have a duty to be ethical, protecting the best interest of the public while providing value for service.
