The president and founder of CCT is Malory Fischer, a trusted training professional with over twenty years' experience in improving the way people communicate in business. Fischer prides herself in having created a company that has grown almost entirely through word-of-mouth.

Communication Concepts Training, Inc. was founded in 1995 as a training resource for large and small companies alike. Since its inception, CCT has expanded its course offerings and customer base, but its mission has remained constant: to enable individuals and organizations to achieve greater business results through clear and persuasive communication.

CCT believes that clear and effective communication helps shape a corporate culture that promotes collaboration, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Our teambuilding is more than a series of feel-good games and activities. Based on the results of our needs assessment, we provide practical guidance in developing strong communication habits -- from active listening to constructive feedback, and from conflict management to meeting effectiveness and negotiation skills. Additionally, we introduce interactive challenges that open the lines of communication and lead to clearer understanding of self and others.
