Wheelhouse Shipping Agency Ltd. provides maritime agency services, acting as an agent for principals to manage vessel interests, including pilotage, clearance, and handling of extraordinary maritime matters. The agency collects fees based on vessel arrival and departure, reimburses expenses, and maintains a lien on vessels for unpaid obligations. It indemnifies principals for various liabilities and limits its own liability to $5,000 per incident. The agency operates under terms that allow it to bind principals to customary port area provisions and may advance funds with a $1,000 fee. It is authorized to arrange berths, pilots, and other services, subject to volume commitments and specific insurance requests from principals.
