In fact, we are not a "research house" or a "survey firm" at all. We are buyers, not suppliers, of research services. Commins, Wingrove is - in effect - a "Research Department For Rent". The company acts as the Marketing Research Department for organizations who do not have their own internal function. As such, we plan, buy, supervise and control all marketing research activity on behalf of our clients, ensuring that their research budgets are most effectively utilized. Commins, Wingrove charges fees based solely on time spent on a client's behalf, with no "minimum" or "retainer". We earn no income from the actual execution of research projects; supplier costs are paid directly by the client without mark-up. We maintain no affiliation with any research supplier, and are free to select the most appropriate service for particular problems.
