Comfort Keepers tailors care to each client’s needs and budget—from a few hours a week to full-time care. Through our live-in services we provide full-time caregiving by Comfort Keepers who live in the client's home to provide in-home care on a daily basis.
Our breadth of services includes companionship and personal care services, light housekeeping and meal preparation, to more specialized services for those with dementia and end of life needs . We assist with transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, the grocery store, and the pharmacy. If more around the clock care is needed, Comfort Keepers does provide 24-hour or Live-In services . For those, especially Veterans, we provide assistance with completing the necessary paper work for subsidized care. Comfort Keepers of Canada also has Vision Loss Services .

At Comfort Keepers we aim to provide caregiver continuity so that a strong bond is formed between our client and their Comfort Keeper . There may of course be times during which an alternative Comfort Keeper is required or do to the degree of care needed, multiple caregivers need to be assigned to the same client.
Under the general supervision of the General Manager/Franchisee, this position will be the lead responder to all calls. The responder will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and employee supervision throughout the call period. This person is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of all activities and to communicate with office staff regarding all call activities.
