Founded in 2002 by a group of four successful collision repair owners, CSN was established to assist independent collision repair facilities to continuously improve their operations through performance assessments, ongoing training and marketing initiatives. Today CSN is Canada's largest network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities across Canada. Our independence is our strength in that our Members have a vested interest in the company.

CSN – Cambrian Collision is an integral part of Cambrian Ford which was founded in 1911 by Alexander McLeod and is now the oldest Ford Dealership in Canada.

John May believes in maintaining a modern metropolitan atmosphere mixed with an easy going friendly attitude at Jack May Collision ~ CSN. "We do our best to maintain a positive and relaxed environment here at the shop, and we do our very best to keep our customers satisfied. We provide maximum convenience for customers that want to lounge while they wait for repairs to be completed. Our facility is equipped with a full lounge area around a fieldstone fireplace, two customers PC’s and free Wi-Fi,” explains John.

Over the years, CSN has grown from its original four Shops to now approaching 300 locations throughout Canada. Never compromising on our beliefs, CSN has always ensured its membership consists of qualified repair facilities who maintain our vision, mission, values and goals. We repair over 70,000 cars annually, and deliver a customer satisfaction rating of 98%. The fact that we continue to acquire large numbers of Members, Vendors and Insurers each year, is proof that CSN is a company that truly does deliver with confidence, trust and integrity.

The team at CSN – Embrun truly cares about satisfying their customers and doing everything in their power to make their customer experiences as easy and pleasant as possible.
