Vancouver has always been our home, and we draw our experience from over 20 great years of growth with this wonderfull city. Our history begins in 1985 when Montreal Trust opened a Real Estate office at 2025 W. 41st Avenue. Back then, it was the building boom which triggered the growth in real estate as developers prepared to host the world for Expo 86. It wasn't long before our growth began to position us as one of Vancouver's fastest growing offices. By 1989 the office had expanded to 48 qualified and professional salespeople. Lead by strong management, the office demonstrated steady growth and was soon recognized on the West Side of Vancouver for it's ethical approach to Real Estate. In 1991 Montreal Trust sold all offices nationwide to Canada Trust Realty. This sale did not result in many changes as the entire Sales Team and Management remained. The fall of 1993 brought more changes. Canada Trust Realty merged with Coldwell Banker Real Estate and the office became Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. We are now again a National Real Estate office having joined the largest real estate organization in North America with a network of over 3,600 offices and over 113,000 Realtors in North America. In September 1998 Coldwell Banker Premier Realty acquired Coldwell Banker Boulevard Realty and in January 1999 Coldwell Banker Pacifica. ...
