This year marks the 15th anniversary of Eat to the Beat, the annual fundraiser for Willow Breast Cancer Support Canada (Willow). Cocomira will be participating in this year’s fundraiser, and we encourage you to visit their website and buy a ticket for this fun-filled evening of food, drinks, silent auction action and fun. Eat to the Beat showcases over 60 of Canada’s finest female chefs, gathered in support of Willow’s free programs and services.

Store our buttercrunch in a cool, dark place, preferably 15-18 degrees C (60 degrees F). Our product is perishable: heat, light and oxygen can damage it. Be sure to keep our product away from incandescent lights, heat vents, radiators and windows where sunlight shines in for part of the day.

We are gluten free At Cocomira, none of our products are made with gluten, and we have stringent measures in place to make sure it stays that way. Our suppliers wrap our ingredients pallets in protective film to ensure ‘contamination-free’ delivery and our products are tested regularly.

What could be more quintessentially Canadian than maple syrup? We looked no further than our own backyard to find an Ontario producer of dark maple syrup – the tawny heart of our Maple Crunch. Our toffee is stirred for over an hour - to ensure a rich, nutty flavor is achieved, with an underlying hint of maple sweetness. It’s then covered in European milk chocolate and finished with freshly roasted pecans, almonds and just a sprinkle of maple syrup crystals. Mmmm – Canada in a box has never tasted so good.
