1.1 Who Sees Your Data The DriveSync® device that we provide to you is supplied by a third party called Intelligent Mechatronic Systems Inc. (“IMS”). Once the DriveSync® device is installed in your vehicle, data describing driving and vehicle behaviour is collected by the DriveSync® device and is then encrypted and transmitted wirelessly by the DriveSync® device to IMS.

By installing the DriveSync® device you are also agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 2.1 Device Installation The DriveSync® device is installed in your vehicle by plugging it into the data port on your vehicle. The DriveSync® device will be operational and will begin transmitting information immediately upon installation.
