Imed Othmani has fifteen years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations Management Consulting, and Information Technology. Prior to founding Cleon Business Solutions, Imed developed the supply chain consulting practice at ACR Logistics - European leader in 3rd party logistics. Before that, he implemented Advanced Planning solutions at I2 Technologies, delivering business solutions to Blue Chip companies. He also developed collaborative operations solutions at ORTEMS - a French technology startup. Imed holds a Ph.D.and an M.Sc. in Operations Research, and a Diploma of Industrial engineering.

The objective of inventory optimization is to sustain minimal amounts of inventory while providing the highest possible levels of service.
