Did you know that almost all mobile phones sold are locked? This means that your business is locked into a contract with a certain carrier for a certain amount of time (generally 2-3 years). During this time you do not own your phone and are paying it off to your carrier. If you cancel your contract your business will have to pay a hefty cancellation fee. Having a locked phone also means that you are locked into one network. If you travel you will have to pay roaming fees.

This week we would like to discuss who is better suited to be a member of what team. Although it is possible to simply throw people together and tell them to work, you are much more likely to get premium quality work when you and your team leaders reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of each time member. Here at Clearbridge we really value the strengths of each of our members and how they play off of eachother. We understand that diversity in skill level is the best way to expand your business and we understand that each person should be doing what they do best.

This week we would like to discuss where this inspiration will take place. By where we do not necessarily mean a physical location, but rather where in your organization needs added teamwork? What employee level will take care of this inspiration? Will it be you, the owner, or will it be your team leaders? These are all important questions to consider. At Clearbridge we decided that almost all aspects of our organization needed increased teamwork (though ensure to differentiate between overall aspects and individual tasks, as mentioned in part two).

We develop solutions to real inefficiencies within your business. This includes the creative to the mundane, and tasks that you dislike and shouldn’t be doing.
