With over 10 years experience working with adults and adolescents as a social worker, educator, and counsellor, Diana participates in ongoing professional development. Diana works from a Humanistic perspective, integrating psychodynamic and experiential approaches. Through a combination of talk therapy, body awareness, and spiritual exploration, Diana brings clients to a deeper awareness of self. By recognizing the meaning of past experience and the impact on present functioning, clients are able to clear away old beliefs and patterns that get in the way of success, happiness, and a feeling of wholeness.
