Not only have you met or exceeded all of our expectations, in terms of time lines and workmanship, but you have also acted on out behalf on numerous occasions. Our inexperience as first-time home builders may have lead us to make several inappropriate decisions were it not for your guidance.

As a non-resident owner and infrequent user of the cottage, it was a bit unnerving to embark on a large remodel project. We live over 1000 miles away, and had to rely on the recommendations of friends and family to select the contractor. Ironically, we were also engaged in a remodel of our home in Tennessee during this same time period. It's the truth when I say that the planning, communication and overall administration of the Clattco job was FAR superior to the performance of our own local contractor in Tennessee!

The NSHDA was formed to provide a professional organization that offers practicing professional designers further education leading up to a comprehensive certification program. The NSHDA also provides a forum for discussion between designers, builders, engineers and Product Manufacturers (Corporate members), keeping the construction related industry updated with new and upcoming trends, technologies & products.
