In 1983 Brad graduated from Conestoga College in Kitchener with a Tool and Die Makers License and in 2004 Brad became a Certified Project Manager. As a Class 1 Service Technician, Brad brings 25 years of experience in Automation Systems, 10 years in R&D and Project Management, and a level of service that exceeds expectations.

Jim joined Class 1 as our Architectural Design and Production Manager after working at a fibre-optic test equipment company where he worked closely with military and aerospace customers to develop and manufacture custom equipment. Jim is a graduate of McMaster University’s Engineering Physics program, has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years as a Design Engineer, Production Engineer & Manager, and also as a Product Manager. Jim also has a Six Sigma Green Belt and completed several Lean Manufacturing training courses.

He has been in the mechanical contracting business since 1983 and has specialized in the installation of medical gas systems for over 20 years. As the industry has evolved, so has Chris, going from plumber's apprentice to management.

Emily graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor degree in Architectural Science, where she specialized in project management. Prior to joining Class 1 in 2013, Emily worked for over 6 years at CB Richard Ellis in a variety of roles on the TD Bank and RBC Bank accounts. During her time at CBRE Emily gained experience with client reporting, managing data integrity, and reconciling large construction projects. She was responsible for project closeout documentation and helping organize audit files for the closeout of a $130MM construction project.

Jocelyn has been working in the medical gas industry for over 25 years with engineering firms, hospital management, bio-medical and project departments, medical gas plumbers and maintenance staff.
