Our goal is to provide an unbiased report describing the condition of the house and identifying potential repairs and expenses that will be required. We provide clients with the information to help them make an informed decision. Ultimately, the buying decision is made by you.

Our inspections are completed by a highly trained and certified professional to provide our customers with outstanding service and quality advice. Raul Poole is a certified carpenter and a college graduate who has completed the Carson Dunlop home inspection training program, the most widely recognized program for home inspectors countrywide. Our company is an active member of the largest association of professional home inspectors in Canada (CAHPI). Our team receives regular training to to hone our skills and keep up to date on industry standards.

Clarion Home Inspections takes the responsibility we feel towards our clients very seriously. We want them to know that we will do our utmost to provide complete and accurate information about the homes we inspect and that we will get the job done right the first time round. We are experienced, dedicated to our work and fit for the job. We like to dig a bit deeper than most others and will not be hurried during our inspections. Our goal is to provide a complete inspection service and we think our clients are worth making the extra effort for.

Clarion Home Inspections is a single inspector firm devoted to providing outstanding customer service. We may not be the biggest outfit on the block but we like it that way. We make up for our lack of size with reliability and a passion for our work.
