Formed in 1974, Cormack Realty's name celebrates the journey of William Epps Cormack, the first person to walk across Newfoundland. In 1822, Cormack started his trek near where the Random Island Causeway is today, in the community of Milton. Cormack has over 25 years experience providing top quality real estate services to buyers and sellers in Eastern Newfoundland. As the region has grown and matured into one of Newfoundland and Labrador's most economically and recreationally active places to live, Cormack Realty's services have kept pace. Cormack Realty has two salespeople and a real estate broker.

Grant has several years sales background from the successful operation of a sporting goods store in the community. He looks forward to bringing his business knowledge and sales experience to the real estate industry. Grant is married with one child and sees Clarenville as a great community to raise his family.
