Our philosophy at the Body Solution Centre is simple: Stop what you're doing, get back to basics and take control of your own health as naturally as possible. The adage "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure", is truer today than ever. We believe "several hours of treatment (through the year) may be worth days of lying down and possibly 100's of pills." Regular treatments, along with proper diet and moderate exercise are a big part of the solution to good health. Our objective is to assess (figure out the puzzle of the origin of pain or discomfort) and restore health as best we can in the shortest period of time. We encourage personal maintenance of any resolutions and body awareness rather than building dependency.
