CIPMA is a not-for-profit trade association that represents the interests of independent petroleum marketers, mainly Canadian owned, operating in all classes of trade and primarily at retail fuel outlets in the Canadian petroleum industry. CIPMA members' sales represent approximately 6.5 billion litres per year of gasoline, diesel and heating fuels. Leadership for the organization is provided by representatives elected from the membership who are active participants in the day-to-day operations of petroleum marketing.
