Children Arise

Description

Children Arise! was birthed out of a passion to see children firmly standing and fully equipped to be part of the Church. Many reformations of societies have been established through capturing the heart of children. In 1782 Robert Raikes, who gave Sunday School its thrust, said "The aim of Sunday School is the reformation of society" and change came powerfully through them. We believe that God desires to bring lasting change to our society through children knowing Him. We believe this reformation has begun and will not only affect the children but also the way that the Church sees, ministers to, equips and releases them. Children Arise! seeks to inspire kids with faith, hope and love; after everything else is done, these are what will remain (1 Cor 13). Proverbs 29:18 states that where there is no vision people cast off restraint. Many children and youth today are unrestrained. According to Joel 2:28, the Lord will pour out dreams and visions in the last days, restoring hope, igniting passionate, radical faith. It is important to correctly handle and apply the principles of God's Word to our dreams and visions. We desire to impart this truth to children of all ages, throughout the larger body of Christ. Our desire is to see children equipped in heart and mind to participate fully in the Lord's plans.
