All new staff and volunteers must complete the following training in order to use the CHRI Facility. Some additional training may be required depending on your work at CHRI. Please consult your supervisor to see if you will require any additional training. Mandatory Training for CHRI Staff WHMIS Please select the LHSC logo and complete all 7 modules before taking the on-line quiz. Once you are ready to take the quiz, you will be required to fill out a form before entering the quiz (see below). Please fill in the form with CHRI as your department and "I AM NOT A HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE" in place of an employee ID. http://www.lhrionhealth.ca/safety/Training/whmis.htm Fire Safety Training Please select the LHSC logo and complete all 6 modules before taking the on-line quiz. This applies to both shipments sent by commercial means (ground courier) and to shipments driven personally (ie. chemical/samples driven off campus on public roads).
