Description

The leaders of the hospice project understood early on that to be successful, our community hospice needed a Chatham-Kent solution to increasing healthcare cost and constant healthcare change – that we would need to be a flexible collaborative venture, deeply embedded in the community and driven by a desire to provide high quality programming in a transparent and accountable method to the community. ​Because of these values, a collaboration with St. Andrew’s Residence was established.
