Physically active since 1946, Charlene Prickett has produced intelligent, safe, effective workout videos and television programming since 1976. She has amassed a huge amount of work. Here at charleneprickett.com, Charlene's eight most recent videos are available on DVD. We are currently considering how to handle all of her older video titles and her IT FIGURES tv exercise shows which were originally released for sale on VHS tape.
