We believe that figure skating can play an important role in the development of a young person. Each test and competition is just a step up the ladder of success. Skaters in their career move up the ladder sometimes quickly, at other times slowly and appear at some stages to even move down the ladder. The important quality gained in the journey is not the reaching of the top, but rather the experience gained moving from one step to another. Our goal is to have each athlete leave our Centre having developed their skating skills to the fullest of their ability and to be better prepared as a person for their next challenge in life.
