CGS Consultants Incorporated - established in Toronto, Canada, in 1995, was formed primarily with the objective of providing quality immigration consulting services for immigrants from all over the world. The company was founded by Mihaela (Michelle) Boeriu . She is also a member of the Canadian Associationof Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) in Canada. Our professional and excellent services have enabled many people to become Canadian permanent residents and the majority of our clients have come to us by way of referrals from satisfied users of our services. All applications are handled through our head office located in Markham (Greater Toronto Area), Ontario. Full and strict confidentiality is observed with all applications and we are available at all times to respond to queries or report on progress to our clients. Mistakes can be costly and time consuming, but with the expert knowledge and advice of our experienced staff, needless misfortune can be avoided. Mihaela Boeriu is a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). We stress the importance of such membership because all such members are bound by a strict code of ethics. We keep up to date in the area of immigration law and benefit a lot from the information regarding the latest immigration regulations and rules that we receive at conferences and seminars that we attend. As a protection to our clients, we enter into a binding contract which clearly defines our obligations towards the client and the client's obligations towards us.
