Ismat Nathani has more than 20 years of experience as a health practitioner, an academician, an international speaker, a healer and a researcher in Neurotherapy "Nadi Vigya". She has held key positions in organizations in India, UK and Canada such as Assistant Dean at Dr. Mehra’s Neurotherapy Hospital in India and Consultant at Europe Leading Hale Clinic in UK. Ismat, recipient of many prominent awards, is professionally associated or has worked with the top leaders in the health care profession.

Johar has been a student of yoga and meditation for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Religious Studies from the University of Toronto and a Masters degree in Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto (OISE/UT). Johar completed his yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts and returns there annually to serve as a faculty assistant for their renowned yoga teacher training programs. He has trained with David Swenson and studied at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) in Mysore, India. Johar is a certified Yoga Ed. Instructor and restorative yoga teacher and is completing certification as an ‘Ayurvedic Life-Style Counselor’ with Dr. David Frawley and the American Institute of Vedic Studies.

She has been studying Hatha Yoga for over 7 years, with several inspirational teachers in Canada as well as South East Asia. Sairupa became a teacher of yoga in 2007 through the School of Integrative Yoga Therapy with socially conscious yoga teacher and therapist Heather Greaves.Sairupa is currently working towards completing her Ayurvedic Therapist Diploma.Sairupa’s teaching approach focuses on the whole individual, creating a safe and non-judgmental space to engage in self-care at the level of involvement you are comfortable with.

Dora is a mother of two, a healer and teacher to many a successful business woman. Dora has been practicing Intuitive Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Aroma Therapy, Crystal Healing, Gem Stone Therapy, and many other healing modalities for over 25 years. Her passion lies in Native American healing modalities taught to her by a Mohawk Elder. Dora strongly believes that in every home there is healer and together through practicing spiritual teachings we uplift and support each other on our journeys. Inspired by the love of mother earth and humanity and is driven to seek ancient wisdom and growth for everyone.

Sairupa has been practicing and studying Hatha Yoga for over 10 years, with inspiring teachers in Canada as well as South East Asia. She completed a Yoga Teacher Training in 2007 through The School of Integrative Yoga Therapy with yoga teacher/therapist Heather Greaves, a unique aspect to this course was a module on inclusive teaching practices. Currently, Sairupa is working towards a long-term goal of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor through the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (expected graduation in 2015).
