Mr. Grand was employed in the investment industry for over 25 years. During the past several years Mr. Grand has held executive positions including Vice President, Director and National Sales Manager at major Canadian tier 1 and tier 2 investment firms. Currently Mr. Grand is an independent director of CNSX listed St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd. and Intrinsic Minerals Ltd., a private Canadian resource company based in Toronto, Ontario.

Mr. Felderhof has over 38 years of international experience in the mining industry. Will was the founder and President & CEO of TSX listed Acadian Mining Corporation from March 2003 to February 2010, and President & CEO of TSX V listed Royal Roads Corp. from August 2008 to February 2010. Will headed up the publicly traded companies, Jascan Resources Inc. in the 1980s and East Indies Mining Corporation in the 1990s, and served on the board of a number of mineral exploration companies.
