The concept for a low cost security system with cellular functionality was developed in 1998, when the first generation of the CellStop product was launched. Despite being on a unique product with market appeal, the early years for CellStop were not successful as the preliminary versions of the product required considerable research and development to complete and the Company required significant business experience to achieve successful commercialization.
