1998 – Directional Plus Ltd., a Canadian based company, is founded and is a privately held company specializing in directional and horizontal drilling services.

Effective December 19, 2013, Randy Pustanyk was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Randy held the position of Vice President, Operations of Cathedral since June 2000. Prior to that Randy was Vice President, Operations for Directional Plus Ltd., predecessor to Cathedral, from May 1998 to June 2000. Randy holds a BSC Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Calgary and has extensive work experience in the directional drilling industry since 1983.
