Description

The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Supervisor and is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store, in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The Store Manager provides ongoing leadership, thereby ensuring that the store achieves and/or surpasses its financial goals, while controlling budgets, inventory, shrink, expenses and wage costs. He/She inspires, coaches, motivates, develops and evaluates the team in order to achieve maximum performance and optimize the customer experience in the store.

When acting as Manager on Duty, the Keyholder oversees the sales and customer service in the store. He/She leads by example in providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating brand selling skills in order to maximize sales and optimize the customer experience in the store.

At Guest Services we provide gift packaging at a nominal fee, for your convenience. Creative use of tissue and lots of ribbon will dress up that special gift! Cost for this service is $3.00.

From band-aids to ambulances, and everything in between, our Guest Services Representatives work in partnership with our Security and Life Safety Team to meet the needs of our customers, and ensure their comfort and safety remain our top priority.

Nails For You, conveniently located in the Cataraqui Centre on the upper floor beside Target. We provide relaxing manicures and pedicures, acrylic and gel nails, nail art designs, gel polish and full body waxing including eyebrows, bikini and brazilians. We look forward to serving you and Gift Certificates are also available for that special one.
