The Castle on the Mountain B&B is a non-smoking accommodation, although smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. Guest pets are not permitted. Bookings and Reservations: Reservations can be made and secured on line or via the telephone. A deposit equivalent to a single nights accommodation including taxes is required at the time of booking. All deposits are fully refundable (less a $30.00 cancellation fee) up until 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Late cancellations or non arrivals may not receive a refund. Use of Amenities: Guests are granted use of the Guest Hot Tub, Patio, Fire Pit and Parking areas where available. These areas are used at the guests own risk. The Castle on the Mountain B&B accepts no liability for any loss damage or injury to persons or property resulting from the use or misuse of these areas. The Castle on the mountain B&B reserves the right to remove the use of the areas at any time. Damage Policy: Guests are liable for damage caused to property or equipment during their stay. Guests will be required to pay for all repairs, replacements and additional expenses or loss of business as a result of any damage caused. Alterations Castle on the Mountain B&B (CastleontheMountain.com) reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this website. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.
