Cassius Ventures is a gold exploration company focused on exploring two main project areas in Nicaragua: Nueva Segovia and León. The project areas comprise 11 concessions over 71,000 ha, in proximity to established mines and mining districts.

Mr. Atkinson has been in the investment industry for over 30 years. He is former President and CEO of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon & Co Ltd., a Canadian investment dealer. Mr. Atkinson serves as an independent Director of Sprott Resource Lending Corp, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. Mr. Atkinson also serves as independent director of Tasman Metals Ltd., Hansa Resources Ltd. and Spur Ventures Inc. Mr. Atkinson received a B.Comm. degree from the University of British Columbia in 1963.

Mr. Canova has over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, Venezuela, Mexico, and West Africa and four years experience in mineral production in Venezuela. His work has been focused in gold mineral exploration, base and precious metals, uranium and in the last year in the iron ore industry in Quebec. Mr.

Nueva Segovia is located in northwestern Nicaragua and consists of seven concessions over 24,000 ha. The León project area consists of four concessions, covering 47,000 ha. The four León concessions are located between EL Limon, owned by B2 Gold (in operation) and La India (closed at present).

Mr. Thomas is a professional engineer, and holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Manchester, UK. Mr. Thomas also received a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the U.K. Association of Certified Accountants. Mr. Thomas has extensive experience in the mineral resource industry, particularly in Latin America, and is currently a director of Infinito Gold Ltd., Alexandria Minerals and Canada Zinc Metals Corp. He has previously served as Vice President, Development of Rusoro Mining, and Vice President, Operations of Bolivar Gold Corp.
