Mr. Danziger is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of experience in audit, accounting and management consulting and over 10 years' experience specific to the mineral resource sector. He is currently a senior assurance partner at MSCM LLP, Chartered Accountants with a practice that specializes in public company work. He is a director of American Apparel Inc. (NYSE), Eurotin Inc. Mr. Titaro P. Geo., is a geologist with a MSc degree in economic geology and is based in Canada and has extensive experience in the mining and exploration sector. He is a founder of Carpathian and has been President and CEO since 2003. Prior to this Mr. Titaro was President and CEO of A.C.A. Howe International, a geological and mining consulting firm that has worked on projects throughout the world. Mr. Titaro is also a director of Yamana Gold and has been a director and officer of several public-traded companies in the mining, industrial and health care technology fields.
