Developing effective institutions is a critical component of Nation Rebuilding that lays the foundation for our communities to progress and grow. At that heart of this work is understanding that values of the leaders, staff, and constituents that define the organization. It is widely understood in research on organizational development that non-Aboriginal individualistic values are not the same as Aboriginal collectivist values.
