All Remanufactured or Generic toner cartridges are under warranty for one full year from date of original purchase. MSE premium branded cartridges are guaranteed for 3 years from date of purchase. This warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship. Any misuse or tampering of the product will void the warranty. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and LaCie warranties are offered by the original manufacturer, not Carbon Copy Laser. Please contact the original manufacturer if any warranty issues arise.
