Capilex was founded in 1967 by Alphonse D’Amours, who ran it, along with his wife, for 18 years. In 1985, Mr. D’Amours decided to join with Jocelyn Ouellet with a view to expanding business. The company then became known as CAPILEX BEAUTÉ LTÉE . In addition to their solid background and experience in the field, Mr. D’Amours and Mr. Ouellet were fortunate to be able to assemble a highly qualified sales team and to acquire premium hair products. In 1991, Jacques Giguère, who also boasts many years of experience, joined the company together with Gilles Bédard. Mr.

2014 Jocelyn Ouellet and M. Jacques Giguere take a well-deserved retirement. To maintain the remarkable ascent of Capilex, they pass on the torches to key employees, each with twenty years of experience in the company.
