Purdys Chocolatier is looking for General Help to join our efficient Production Teams at our Chocolate Factory in Vancouver, BC! This is a great opportunity for seasonal full time work for an estimated 4-6 month contract. Full, open availability for all types of shifts (day/afternoon/evening) is mandatory.

To succeed in this role, you must possess: • Exceptional communication, customer service, and people skills • Sales drive and a passion for providing top notch customer service • Persistence when facing objections and challenges • Strong computer skills and attention to detail for problem solving and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to be flexible with changing job duties within the team (help take a lead in different areas as needed within Web Sales eg.

This position is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience in retail while selling our award winning chocolate products and premium ice creams. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, sell, and work in a team environment.

As a Purdys Chocolatier Sales Connoisseur, you produce sales and profits by achieving sales goals and by providing excellent customer service. As a strong team member, you will undergo extensive “Chocolatier” training and will be able to successfully operate a shop in the absence of management. You will also consistently maintain a “team-centered” atmosphere.
