Cap-Thin Molds Inc, located in Mississauga Ontario, advanced modern company specializing in design and manufacturing of high precision injection molds for the Packaging, Caps and closures and Cosmetic industries. Our company utilizes the latest computer and machine tool technology in a temperature controlled and organized environment. We are looking for an energetic, creative and experienced CNC Mill programmer/operator to join our team. This full-time, day shift position will be responsible to program and operate one of our CNC vertical high speed mills.

In addition to tooling, Cap-Thin Molds also provides Pano Cap with engineering support of our research and development efforts as well as concepts and ideas during the inquiry stage.

Expanding client base in the Caps, Closures, Cosmetics, Food packaging, Medical and Thin wall containers. Management team (3) has a combined experience of almost 70 years in the injection molding industry.

Mold design and engineering is a unique process for each and every product. Our expert engineers review and analyze even the smallest aspect of a product, assuring the production of only the highest quality, well-designed and properly engineered molds . Design review meetings are conducted using 3D models. These meetings are often held remotely, using web-based conferencing software. This keeps our customers updated while reducing their travel costs.

Our R&D department team is continuously working on the development of the most advanced and efficient techniques for plastic injection molded products of the 21st century. Through research and development we are able to manufacture high quality production molds that are extremely efficient and reliable.
