Shipping Information: CanSail utilizes Canada Post / Canada Post Partners for domestic/ US / International shipping. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. CanSail Return Policy: Any product being return must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by canSail. Should there be a problem with any of our products, please correspond with us via phone, fax or e-mail. We will takeall steps to resolve any product issue. We recommend users read the product description carefully, as well as price and delivery options before completing your order. If you feel that you require more information, contact us before placing your order. Every product is inspected by our staff before shipping so that chances of receiving a defective product are slim. We will, however, replace defective products, but you must have a RAN before returning a product. Please be aware that a re-stocking fee of $10.00 may be charged for returned items. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.All goods returned must be in original packing and contain all parts and documentation originally supplied to the purchaser.
