Before we start working with your drivers, we start working with you. Our years of experience have prepared us for the varied needs of your company. Do your drivers work in an emergency, delivery or technical support capacity? Are they called upon to find addresses, answer dispatch, work in confined areas, park in difficult areas like main streets? Does your company have a history of collisions? Once we complete an analysis of the job requirements and traveling environment of your drivers, we can customize a training methodology that will deliver the desired outcome for your company.

Canadian Pro Drivers collects and uses your personal information to operate the Canadian Pro Drivers Web site and deliver the services you have requested. Canadian Pro Drivers also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Canadian Pro Drivers and its affiliates. Canadian Pro Drivers may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Canadian Pro Drivers does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Established in 1967 and incorporated in 1995, CPD began as a consulting company to the commercial driving industry. With the help of President Manny Sousa and CFO Teddy Kellen, CPD began working with Ontario colleges, taking over instructor training for Humber, Centennial and Fanshawe Colleges. The Ministry of Transportation called on CPD to train their Examiner Trainers, and CPD responded by developing the life-saving Prevention and Intervention Training Course that all examiners must now take. Canadian Pro Drivers Inc. is the official driver training company for Bell and Rogers divisions across Canada, Expertech, The Canadian Cancer Society, The Children’s Aid Society, Premier Haulaway, Chrysler, the Ministry of Labour, and many other government and corporate clients. The fact that we have been with these companies for so many years is a testament to our ability to grow with our customers, responding quickly to their needs.

Canadian Pro Drivers will embed safety into your drivers by providing them with a new mental understanding of the driving task as well as enhance their practical skills, allowing them to change their driving behaviour and mitigate their risk for collisions while driving. Our trainers are all Ministry of Transportation Certified Driving Instructors with many years of experience in all classes of vehicles.

Understanding driving behavior in order to change it forms the foundation of the Canadian Pro Drivers’ driver training program. By working with your company, we come to a greater understanding of how your company works and what is expected of your drivers. Using our proprietary learning process (PTP) to assess a driver’s personality and how it influences their driving habits, we can tailor a driving program to fit a specific learning profile. Canadian Pro Drivers instructors are specialists in embedded learning intended for greater retention.
