Canadian Improv Games

Canadian Improv Games is a national organization that uses team-based improv theatre to help young people across Canada develop confidence, a sense of belonging, and leadership skills. Teams of up to eight students, guided by a teacher-coach, practice weekly from September through March, participating in regional events and culminating in a national finals in Ottawa. The program emphasizes a supportive environment where participants learn to express themselves, connect with their community, and create spontaneously, embodying the improv principle of 'Yes, And' to foster personal growth and resilience for life.
