The Penticton office of Canadian Hearing Care is a full service diagnostic and rehabilitative clinic serving both adults and children. In addition to comprehensive hearing assessments, we also provide information on the latest hearing aid technology, Assistive Listening Devices (amplified phones, TV listening systems) and custom earmolds for noise protection, musicians and MP3 players. If you have noises or ringing in your ears (also known as tinnitus) we can recommend strategies and specialized devices to help. We also provide repair and maintenance services for hearing aids and loaner aids (if appropriate).

Ms. White moved to B.C. in 1992 to manage Canadian Hearing Care's Salmon Arm office. She continues to provide a wide range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services to both adults and school-aged children. Ms. White's 30 years of experience ensures comprehensive assessments along with personalized counseling and hearing aid services to meet the unique needs of each individual. Ms. White enjoys conducting community seminars, and speaking to college programs and special interest groups regarding hearing loss and amplification. She is an ambassador for hearing health and hearing loss awareness in Salmon Arm and the surrounding communities.

After obtaining her M.A. in Audiology, Dr. Galloway returned to the province of Ontario where she was employed by Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children. In addition to her general duties as a pediatric audiologist she also became a specialist in the areas of cleft lip and palate, craniofacial anomalies and cochlear implants. She was promoted to the position of Director of the Department of Audiology and later the Department of Communication Disorders (Speech Language Pathology and Audiology). Dr. Galloway was one of the individuals responsible for initiating pediatric cochlear implant services in Canada. She was a Clinical Lecturer with the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario and a Lecturer with the Department of Otolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine at a the University of Toronto. She has made numerous presentations regarding cochlear implants and has several publications related to hearing loss. In 1996 Dr. Galloway entered private practice specializing in hearing related issues in adults. In 2007, she obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Philadelphia. In 2008, Dr.

Rosemary Saint Michaels began her hearing health care career in 1989. After twenty years on the front desk, she went back to school and graduated in June 2008 from the Grant MacEwan College Hearing Aid Practitioner Program. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, she received her BC Board of Hearing Aid Dealer and Consultants License in September 2008. Ms. Saint Michaels was born in Kamloops, and has lived here most of her life. As a person who has worked with the hearing impaired for twenty years, she is dedicated to the care and maintenance of client service and understanding of their hearing loss. She likes to work with family and friends of the hearing impaired as their understanding of their loved ones hearing difficulties often is part of the rehabilitation process.
