Over the years, we have serviced both large volume and small projects encompassing clients from major banks, air lines, manufacturers, restaurant chains, passenger rail lines and a large number of corporate accounts. We have sent chocolates to the Olympics in Utah, casinos of Las Vegas, hotels in Hawaii or the Caribbean Islands. We also ship to less well known places, such as Plaster Rock, Fort Nelson or West Valley City. Our mandate is customer satisfaction and we achieve it by servicing our customers and supplying quality products at reasonable prices. Our product information web site, launched in early 2001, has proven to be a useful tool for our customers, enabling them to view a range of packaging and obtain answers to a number of commonly asked questions. Many of our food service accounts have welcomed the recent addition of a secure login, allowing them access to the particulars of their private programs. We strive to provide quality products and packaging in a timely manner, within the budget provided by our customer. We have experience with rush orders, unusual requests, large production requirements, and long term, repeat customers. It is our plan to continue to develop new concepts for this niche market we helped to create.
