H&S activities range from Compliance - audits to program/policy development; OHSA training - Due Diligence, Competent Supervisor, Hazards, Level One and Level Two training; Safety training - chemical and gases, to lifting devices, addressing various workplace environments from professional office to industrial and manufacturing settings.

Human Resources activities range from Human Resources audits, to legislation compliance, recruitment and selection and claims management.

In the fourth quarter of 2006, CBHM's - Emergency and Standard First Aid programs were approved by the WSIB in Ontario. In the first quarter of 2007, CBHM launched their own AED (Automated External Defibrillator) program to round out their first aid training programs.
