Canada Transformers provides manufacturer's warranty that equipment supplied by it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, unless otherwise stated in the product description, from date of shipment. If within such period any such equipment shall be proved to the manufacturer's satisfaction to be so defective, such equipment shall be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option.

We offer promotions to our customers. All our customers are getting price discounts when they have at least 1 order during the last 12 month. When a customer has more orders during the last 12 months he/she moves to more privileged group and has more discounts. The most privileged group when customers have 5 or more orders during the last 12 month and they have extra-net price and be able to purchase on account due up to 20 days.

All products are always undergoing engineering, development and improvemnt. Designs and specifications are subject to change without notice as manufactures develop the product for production.
