Description

Karen joined Canada ICI in 2005 as a commercial mortgage funder and loans administrator. She is experienced in both commercial and residential mortgages as well as investor relations. In her role, Karen is responsible for the operation of the loan management system. Prior to joining Canada ICI, she was a funder and loan administrator for a major financial institution for over 15 years.

Terry focuses on providing excellent client service with the intent of forming long-term relationships with clients. In his spare time, he enjoys downhill skiing in the winter and playing golf in the summer.

Kevin has worked with Canada ICI since 2011, beginning as an analyst and quickly progressing into his current role working alongside Brandon Kot. Today, he is a key player in strategically working with both borrowers and lenders to create successful commercial real estate financing solutions. Kevin has been involved in several Canada ICI milestone projects, including Procurra Mayfair Village South Development, as well as facilitating the transaction with CMHC, providing underwriting and research analysis.

Marg has been a part of the Canada ICI team for over 17 years. Her role as mortgage associate encompasses source financing for commercial development, land, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and hotel, as well as mentoring juniors in the office. Marg has been a part of many notable Canada ICI successes, such as the EPCOR Tower in Edmonton and the University Centre in Calgary. Having previously been a lender for 20 years at TD Bank, she is astute in sales and has a clear understanding of the lender transaction.
