Description

(Feb. 25, 2003) A letter from Connie and Vic Harris of Liberty Promotions to the Governor General of Canada asking her to dissolve Parliament (won't happen) because of Canada's biased and unjust family court system.

4) That the judicial system must strive to provide justice as efficiently, effectively, swiftly, and inexpensively as possible and to actively pursue judicial research so as to create new and innovative methods for improving the execution of justice and to provide better service to the community.

LW4SP ( www.lw4sp.org ) was founded in Spring 2013 to dispel the current myth that sole custody is the preferable mode of parenting following divorce or separation and to promote shared parenting as the presumptive mode based on overwhelming scientific research and popular support confirmed via repeated polling in numerous countries. In its 3 months of existence, LW4SP has already attracted 30 leading women in all walks of life and political affiliations: professors, politicians, lawyers, authors, journalists, NGO executives, and reform activists.

The Canada Court Watch Program will be working with citizen groups in different areas to develop databases containing the names of "community certified" lawyers. If you have a complaint against a lawyer then refer to the complaints procedures listed with the Family Justice Review Committee outlined on this website.

If you have experience with database development then you may help by helping to develop or manage databases locally or regionally.
